Remote Desktop for Windows servers

Connect in your browser, or with the Remote Desktop app.

Reach the Windows desktop in two ways from the Console tab:

  • In the browser: enter the Windows password and click Connect in browser. The password is used for that session only and is never stored.
  • With the Remote Desktop app: click Download .rdp file and open it. On a Mac, install Windows App from the App Store.

The default username is Administrator.

Remote Desktop needs Windows running, the Remote Desktop service enabled and port 3389 open. If you blocked it in Windows Firewall, reboot or contact support.
