Backups versus snapshots
When to use which.
- Automatic backups are taken on a schedule without you doing anything; ideal for everyday protection.
- Snapshots are copies you take yourself at any moment, for example before an update or a big change.
Both are add-ons you request from the Add-ons tab. See Requesting an add-on.
