Renewals and due dates
How renewal invoices work and how to avoid interruptions.
Most services renew at the end of each billing period. Before the renewal date, a renewal invoice is created and emailed to you.
Keeping services running
- Watch for renewal invoices in your email and under Billing → My invoices.
- Pay before the due date shown on the invoice.
- Keep your account email current so reminders reach you.
Changing the billing period
Want to pay yearly instead of monthly? Longer periods usually cost less per month. Open a ticket to Sales and we'll switch the period at your next renewal.
Domains
Domains renew yearly. An expired domain stops your website and email, so renew on time. See Renewing a domain.
If you no longer need a service, cancel it before it renews so no new invoice is issued. See Cancelling a service.
