The methods offered on each invoice depend on its currency.
Currencies
- Egyptian pounds (EGP) for customers in Egypt.
- US dollars (USD) for customers anywhere.
- Saudi riyals (SAR) and Kuwaiti dinars (KWD) invoicing for customers in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
Your account currency is chosen when you register. To use a different one, contact our sales team.
Paying by bank transfer
Bank transfers take longer to confirm than cards. After transferring, reply to the invoice ticket or open a ticket to Sales with the transfer receipt and invoice number, so we can match the payment quickly.
Always include the invoice number in the transfer reference when your bank allows it.
