Cancelling a service
Request cancellation now or at the end of the billing period.
Steps
- Sign in to the client area and open the service under My services.
- Click Request cancellation.
- Choose Immediate or End of billing period, add a reason and submit.
Cancellation deletes the service and its data. Download your website files, databases and email, or server data, before the cancellation date. We can't restore a cancelled service.
Domains
Domains aren't cancelled the same way: simply don't renew them, or turn off auto-renewal. To move a domain to another provider, see Transferring a domain out.
