Overdue invoices and suspended services
What happens after the due date, and how to reactivate a service.
What happens when an invoice is overdue
If a renewal invoice isn't paid by its due date, the service is suspended automatically after a short period. A suspended website shows a suspension page; a suspended server can be viewed in IDX Panel but its actions are locked.
Reactivating a suspended service
- Sign in to the client area.
- Pay the overdue invoice under Billing → My invoices.
- The service is reactivated automatically once payment is confirmed.
If it isn't back within an hour of payment, contact support with the invoice number.
A suspended service is not kept forever. If invoices stay unpaid for a long time the service may be terminated and its data deleted, according to our terms of service. Pay or contact us as soon as you can.
