I can't log in to cPanel

Use one-click login from the client area, or reset the password.

  1. Use one-click login: in the client area, open your hosting under My services and click Log in to cPanel. No password needed. See Logging in to cPanel.
  2. Reset the cPanel password from the same service page (Change password).
  3. The login page doesn't load at all? Your IP may be blocked after failed attempts. See I can't reach my site from my office.
  4. The service is suspended? Check for unpaid invoices.
