My hosting disk space is full

When an account reaches its disk limit, uploads fail, email stops arriving and sites can break.

1. In cPanel, open Disk Usage to see which folders are largest.
2. Common space users:
   • Email: old messages and large attachments. Check sizes in Email Accounts and clean up in webmail.
   • Old backups left in your home folder.
   • Cache and log files (such as error_log).
   • Unused copies of websites, or old WordPress installs.
3. Delete what you don't need (download a copy first if unsure).
