Catch-all addresses and aliases
Receive mail for any address, or several addresses in one mailbox.

Want sales@ and info@ to land in the same mailbox? Create one mailbox and add the others as forwarders to it.
Catch-all (default address)
In cPanel, open Default Address, choose the domain and decide what happens to mail sent to addresses that don't exist: forward it to a mailbox, or reject it.
Rejecting is usually best. A catch-all mailbox fills up with spam sent to random addresses.
