Refund policy in brief

Which services can be refunded, and which can't.

On this page

This is a summary. The binding text is the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Can be considered for a refund

Shared hosting, within 14 days of first activation, when it's the first purchase of that service and there's been no abuse, heavy use, or migration or custom work.

Not refundable once processed

Domains (registration, renewal, transfer, restoration, including .eg), SSL certificates, software and control-panel licences, Microsoft 365, VPS, dedicated and cloud servers, IP addresses, setup and migration fees, website design and development, managed and professional services, Odoo deployment, and third-party products.

Cancelling

You can request cancellation any time from the client area (see Cancelling a service). Cancelling doesn't by itself mean a refund, and renewals you didn't cancel in time aren't automatically refundable.

If a refund is approved

It may be given as account credit, service credit or to the original payment method, minus applicable fees, and can take 14 to 45 business days.
