Creating your IDX account

You need an account before you can order. Creating one is free and takes a few minutes.

Steps

1. Open the registration page, or click Create account at the top of insidx.com.
2. Fill in your first and last name, email address and phone number.
3. Add your address: street, city and country. Company name, tax ID, state and postcode are optional.
4. Choose your currency. This is the currency your invoices will be issued in.
5. Choose a password and type it again to confirm. You can use the Generate password option to create a strong one.
6. Complete the security check, accept the terms of service and click Register.

Choosing the right currency

Pick the currency you want to pay in. Customers in Egypt usually choose Egyptian pounds; customers elsewhere usually choose US dollars. Customers in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait can also be invoiced in Saudi riyals or Kuwaiti dinars. If you're unsure, or need to change it later, contact our sales team before you place your first order.

Registering for a company

Enter the company name in Company name. If you need official electronic invoices for the company, add its tax ID too. See Requesting an electronic invoice.
