Sorting email automatically with filters
Move, forward or delete messages by sender or subject.
- In cPanel, open Email Filters and click Manage Filters next to the mailbox (or Global Email Filters for every address).
- Click Create a New Filter and name it.
- Set the rule, for example *From contains*
@supplier.com. - Set the action: deliver to a folder, redirect to another address, or discard.
- Click Create.
You can also create filters from webmail settings.
