What to send for an online store
Products, payments, shipping and the rest of what a store needs.

Products
- Roughly how many products, and how many categories.
- Do products have options (sizes, colours) with their own prices or stock?
- Physical products, digital downloads, services or bookings?
- Will you send a product list (for example an Excel sheet) with names, prices and photos?
Selling
- Countries and currency you sell in.
- Payment methods: cash on delivery, cards, wallets, bank transfer. Do you already have an account with a payment gateway?
- Shipping: areas you deliver to, how you price shipping, the courier company you use.
- Taxes: do your prices include VAT?
Customers and orders
- Customer accounts, wish lists, coupons, loyalty points?
- Who manages orders, and do they need specific permissions?
- Order and shipping emails, SMS or WhatsApp notifications?
