Order emails not reaching customers

Make WooCommerce emails reliable with SMTP.

Order confirmations and shipping notices are vital for a store. If customers say they don't receive them:

Check WooCommerce → Settings → Emails: each email should be enabled, and the "From" address should be on your own domain.
Send WooCommerce email through a real mailbox with SMTP. See WordPress forms and emails not sending.
Set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your domain. See Stopping your email going to spam.

Ask a customer to check their spam folder and to add your address to their contacts.
