Recognising fake emails and phishing
How scammers impersonate hosting companies, and how to spot it.

Scammers often send messages pretending to be your hosting company or domain registrar: "your domain expires today", "your account will be suspended", "verify your email storage".
Warning signs
- A link that doesn't go to insidx.com or my.insidx.com. Hover over it to see the real address.
- Urgency and threats: "within 24 hours", "final notice".
- Requests for your password, card details or a verification code.
- Payment requests outside your client area.
What to do
- Don't click. Sign in to the client area yourself to check invoices and services.
- Report suspicious messages that use our name to support@insidx.com.
Domain "SEO listing" or "registration" letters from unknown companies are not renewal notices. Your domain renewals always appear in your IDX client area.
