Reporting abuse, spam or phishing
Tell us about a site or server on our network misbehaving.
If a website, email or server hosted with IDX is sending spam, hosting phishing or malware, or attacking other systems, tell us.
- Open a ticket to the Abuse / Fraud / Complaints department. You don't need to be an IDX customer.
- Include the address (URL, domain or IP), what it's doing, when you saw it, and evidence such as full email headers or screenshots.
We investigate every report and act according to our Acceptable Use Policy.
