Your first order, step by step
From choosing a plan to having a live service.
1. Choose a plan
Browse the services on insidx.com and open the plan you want. Each plan page shows its specs, its price for each billing period and its expected delivery time. Click the order button.
2. Configure it
In the cart you choose the billing period (monthly, yearly and so on) and any options the plan offers, such as the operating system for a server or the domain for a hosting plan.
3. Check out
Sign in or create an account, review the total and complete the order. An invoice is created for it.
4. Pay
Pay the invoice with any payment method. Activation starts once payment is confirmed.
5. Receive your service
| Service | How you receive it |

| Hosting, email | A welcome email with your login details, and the service appears under My services |
| VPS, dedicated server, storage | A support ticket opened in your account by our system, with your server or storage details |
| Domains | The domain appears under My domains once registration completes |
