Connecting to your hosting database from your computer

Allow your IP in Remote MySQL, then connect with a database tool.

  1. Find your IP address with our IP checker.
  2. In cPanel, open Remote MySQL (or Remote Database Access), add that IP and save.
  3. In your database tool (MySQL Workbench, HeidiSQL, DBeaver…), connect to your domain or server name on port 3306, with the full database username and password.

Remove the IP from Remote MySQL when you no longer need access.
