Redirecting a page or domain
Send visitors from an old address to a new one.

With cPanel
- Open Redirects.
- Choose Permanent (301): it tells search engines the move is permanent and passes the old page's ranking to the new one.
- Choose the domain and enter the old path (for example
/old-page) and the new address. - Click Add.
Forcing HTTPS
To send everyone to the secure https:// version of your site, add this to the top of the .htaccess file in public_html:
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteRule ^ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]WordPress users can do the same with a plugin or by setting the site address to https in Settings → General.
