How to buy from the IDX website
From finding the right plan on insidx.com to a paid, active service.

1. Find the service
Use the menu at the top of insidx.com: Domains, Hosting, Email, Servers, Storage, Security and Managed. Each opens the services in that family. You can also see every price on one page at Pricing.
2. Compare the plans
Each service page lists its plans side by side. Open a plan to see its full specs, its price for each billing period, what's included and its expected delivery time.
3. Choose the currency and billing period
- Switch between EGP and USD with the currency button at the top of the site. See Currencies and language on the website.
- On the plan, pick monthly, yearly or a longer period. Longer periods cost less per month.
4. Click the order button
The order button takes you to the cart in the client area at my.insidx.com, with the plan already added. There you:
- Choose the plan's options, such as the domain or operating system.
- Review the cart and click Checkout.
- Sign in, or create an account.
- Choose a payment method and complete the order.
5. Pay and receive
Pay the invoice. Activation starts once payment is confirmed, and you receive the service by email or in a ticket. See How services are delivered.
