Managing orders
Order statuses, fulfilling orders and refunds.

Find your orders under WooCommerce → Orders.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending payment | Order placed, payment not received yet |
| Processing | Paid; waiting for you to ship it |
| On hold | Waiting for you to confirm payment (for example a bank transfer) |
| Completed | Shipped or delivered |
| Cancelled / Refunded / Failed | Self-explanatory |
Fulfilling an order
- Open the order and check the items and address.
- Pack and ship it.
- Change the status to Completed and click Update. The customer gets an email.
Refunds
Open the order, click Refund, enter the amount, and refund through the gateway (if it supports it) or manually.
