How services are delivered
Where to find your login details for each type of service.
Hosting and email
When your hosting or email plan is activated you receive a welcome email with your login details, and the service appears under My services. From the service page you can open cPanel or webmail directly.
VPS, dedicated servers and storage
When a VPS, dedicated server or storage service (Box, Drive or Object storage) is ready, our system opens a support ticket in your account with its details: the server's IP address, username and password, or the storage address and credentials.
- Sign in to the client area.
- Open Support → My tickets.
- Open the ticket for your new service and copy the details.
Change the initial password as soon as you first sign in, and store the details somewhere safe. For servers, see First steps with a new server.
Domains
A newly registered domain appears under My domains once registration completes. Some extensions, such as .eg, need documents first. See Registering a .eg domain.
Delivery times
Each plan page on insidx.com shows its expected delivery time. If a service hasn't arrived within that time after payment, contact support.
