What is the client area?
The one place where you order, pay, manage services and talk to support.
The client area at my.insidx.com is your IDX account. Everything you buy from us lives there, and so does everything you need to run it.
What you can do in the client area
- Order hosting, servers, domains, email and storage.
- Pay invoices and see your billing history.
- Manage your services: open cPanel, open IDX Panel for your servers, manage domains and DNS.
- Open support tickets and read the replies, including the ticket that carries your server details when a VPS, dedicated server or storage service is delivered.
- Update your details: name, address, email, password and contacts.
Opening it
- Go to my.insidx.com, or click Sign in at the top of any page on insidx.com.
- Enter your email address and password.
- You land on your dashboard, with your services, invoices and tickets.
The website (insidx.com) is where you learn about our services. The client area (my.insidx.com) is where you own and manage them. One account works for both.
