Free SSL with AutoSSL
Certificates are issued and renewed automatically on IDX hosting.

On IDX hosting, AutoSSL issues a free DV certificate for each domain and subdomain on your plan and renews it automatically. You don't need to do anything, as long as the domain points to your hosting.
Checking or re-running it
- In cPanel, open SSL/TLS Status.
- Domains with a valid certificate show a green padlock.
- If one is missing, make sure the domain points to your hosting, then click Run AutoSSL.
Why AutoSSL can fail
- The domain or
wwwrecord doesn't point to your hosting yet (wait for DNS to spread). - A CAA DNS record blocks the certificate authority.
- The site forces a redirect that blocks the validation check.
Once the certificate is active, make sure your site loads over https:// everywhere. See Fixing "Not secure" and mixed content.
