Upgrading or downgrading a plan
Move to a bigger or smaller plan as your needs change.

Hosting plans
- Sign in to the client area and open the service under My services.
- Click Upgrade/Downgrade if it's offered, and choose the new plan.
- Pay the difference invoice. The change is applied once it's paid.
If the option isn't shown, open a ticket to Sales with the service and the plan you want.
Servers
Server upgrades (more CPU, memory or disk) depend on the server type. Request one from the Add-ons tab in IDX Panel, or open a ticket to Sales. See Requesting an add-on.
Not sure you need a bigger plan? Check your usage first: in cPanel the sidebar shows disk and resource usage; in IDX Panel the charts show CPU, memory and traffic.
