Moving your website to IDX
We move it for you, free, with no downtime.
We move websites, email and databases to IDX for you, with no setup or migration fees.
How it works
- Order your plan at IDX.
- [Open a ticket](portal:support) to the department for your service (for example WordPress or Web Hosting) and tell us:
- the domains to move,
- access to your current hosting (control panel login, or FTP and database details),
- whether email should move too.
- We copy everything to IDX and check that it works on our side.
- We agree the switch-over time with you, then you (or we) point the domain to IDX.
- We check again after the switch.
Don't cancel your old hosting until the switch is complete and you've confirmed everything, including email, works on IDX.
