Buying a domain and hosting together
Order both at once and the domain is connected for you.
When you order a hosting plan, the cart asks for a domain. Choose Register a new domain and search for the name, and both go on the same order. The domain is set to use your hosting automatically, so there's nothing to connect afterwards.
- Some web hosting plans include a free .com domain; the plan page says so when it does.
- Already own a domain? Choose I will use my existing domain and point it to your hosting afterwards. See Changing nameservers.
- Domain elsewhere? You can also transfer it in the same order. See Transferring a domain to IDX.
