NOC & SOC
Two teams, one goal: a system that is up and safe
Most outages and breaches are caught late because nobody is watching. We watch both sides, all the time.
NOC
Network Operations Centre
Keeps it running
Performance, availability and capacity: servers, networks, websites and backups, watched continuously and fixed before users notice.
SOC
Security Operations Centre
Keeps it safe
Threats and attacks: logs analysed, suspicious activity investigated, incidents contained and weaknesses closed.
SOC · Cyber security
Security operations
Detect, respond to and prevent attacks on your systems.
SIEM, log analysis & threat hunting
Logs from your servers, network and applications are collected in one place and analysed to detect attacks, suspicious behaviour and misuse.
- Central log collection and correlation
- Detection rules tuned to your environment
- Proactive threat hunting
Incident response & forensics
When something happens, our team contains it, removes the cause, restores service and investigates how it happened.
- Containment and eradication
- Digital forensics and root-cause analysis
- A written incident report
Vulnerabilities, patching & hardening
Regular vulnerability scans, managed security updates and hardening of servers and services to close the gaps attackers use.
- Scheduled vulnerability scanning
- Patch management
- Server and service hardening
Penetration testing
Authorised, controlled attacks on your websites, networks and applications to find weaknesses before someone else does, with a report and fixes.
- Websites and web applications
- Networks and infrastructure
- Findings report with remediation
NOC · Monitoring
Network & infrastructure operations
Keep servers, networks and services fast, available and recoverable.
Performance & uptime monitoring
Servers, networks and websites are checked continuously, with alerts before a full disk, an overloaded CPU or a slow site turns into an outage.
- CPU, memory, disk and services
- Website and API uptime
- Alerts on agreed thresholds
Network & firewall management
Configuration and monitoring of firewalls, VPNs and network devices, with changes made safely and documented.
- Firewall rules and reviews
- VPN access
- Network device monitoring
Backup & disaster recovery
We watch that backups actually run, test that they restore, and keep a recovery plan ready for the day you need it.
- Backup job monitoring
- Restore tests
- Disaster recovery planning
Regular reporting
A monthly report on availability, performance, incidents and security, with clear recommendations for what to improve next.
- Availability and performance trends
- Incidents and how they were handled
- Recommendations

When something happens
From alert to report
Every incident follows the same clear path.
- 1
Detect
Monitoring and log analysis raise an alert.
- 2
Triage
An engineer confirms it and sets its priority.
- 3
Contain
The impact is limited and you are informed.
- 4
Resolve
The cause is fixed and service is restored.
- 5
Report
What happened and how to prevent it.
Getting started
How we start working together
- 1
Assessment
We review your infrastructure, risks and what needs watching.
- 2
Connection
We connect your servers, network and logs to our monitoring.
- 3
Tuning
Alert thresholds and detection rules are tuned to avoid noise.
- 4
Go live, 24/7
Monitoring and response start, around the clock.
- 5
Review
Regular reports and reviews keep improving your security.
What you get
Clear results, not just alerts
Alerts & escalation
Agreed contacts are notified and the issue is escalated to the right people.
Hands-on fixes
Engineers act on the issue, not just forward an alert.
Incident reports
Every significant incident is documented with its cause and fix.
Monthly review
A report with trends, risks and recommendations.
Limited Time OfferIDX Agent is free on every IDX server
While the offer lastsIDX Agent
Server monitoring from the inside
A lightweight agent you install with one command on Linux or Windows. Your IDX Panel then shows what is happening inside each server and warns you before your customers notice.
- Disk space on every drive, memory, load and uptimeUpdated every minute in your IDX Panel
- Email alerts before it breaksWhen a disk passes 85% or 95%, or memory runs low
- Stopped services, explainedWhat stopped, why, and a ready command to fix it
- Read-only by designAccepts no commands; one key per server, encrypted link
FAQ
NOC & SOC questions
What is the difference between a NOC and a SOC?
A network operations centre (NOC) keeps your systems running, fast and available; a security operations centre (SOC) protects them, detecting threats and responding to attacks. We provide both together, or either on its own.
Is monitoring around the clock?
Yes. Monitoring and response run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do I need my own technical team?
No. We handle monitoring, response and reporting, and work with the contacts you name in your company.
What happens when an attack or outage is detected?
An engineer confirms the alert and sets its priority, then we contain the issue, inform you, fix the cause and document what happened in a report.
Does the service include penetration testing?
Yes. We test websites, web applications and networks, with your authorisation and within an agreed scope, and deliver a findings report with remediation.
How is it priced?
By scope: the number of servers, devices and services to cover. Contact us and our team will assess your needs and send a quote.
Can you monitor systems not hosted at IDX?
Tell us where your infrastructure runs and what you want covered, and we'll agree the right scope with you.
What do I get each month?
A report on availability, performance, incidents and security, with recommendations for what to improve.
