Connecting to Box Storage

Use SFTP, SMB or WebDAV with the details from your ticket.

Use the hostname, username and password from your delivery ticket.

SFTP (recommended)

With FileZilla or WinSCP: protocol SFTP, the host from your ticket, your username and password. From a terminal:

sftp USERNAME@HOSTNAME

Windows: File Explorer → This PC → Map network drive, and enter the path in your ticket.
macOS: Finder → Go → Connect to Server, and enter the smb:// address.

Many apps and file managers can connect to the WebDAV address in your ticket.

Box Storage supports sub-accounts and snapshots. Use a separate sub-account for each server or person, so you can remove access individually.
