Installing modules and other Odoo requests
Send module installs, reinstalls and issues to the Odoo department.
Open a ticket to the Odoo Hosting department for:
- Installing modules, including third-party or custom modules (attach the module or give its source).
- Reinstalling or resetting an instance.
- Performance problems or errors.
- Changing the Odoo version or adding a database.
Include the instance address, the Odoo version, and the exact error message or screenshot.
Installing a module from the Apps menu inside Odoo works as usual for official Community modules. For anything that needs files on the server, open a ticket.
