Company: Insidx (formerly Inza)
Email: [email protected]
This policy defines the terms and procedures for refunding payments made for Insidx services, ensuring transparency and protecting customer rights.
Website hosting services may be refunded within 14 days from the subscription date if there are no violations or misuse by the customer. Refund requests will be rejected if the server is functioning properly and has no technical issues.
Domain registration or renewal fees are non-refundable once the operation has been successfully completed, as these transactions are final and non-reversible by international registrars.
Virtual Private Server (VPS) and dedicated server services are non-refundable after activation or actual allocation. Other services are also non-refundable.
The customer must submit a refund request via the official email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 to 45 business days using the same payment method originally used. Administrative or banking fees of up to 10% of the total amount may be deducted, as well as the cost of usage up to the refund request date.
Insidx reserves the right to refuse any refund request in the following cases: violation of the Acceptable Use Policy; actual service usage beyond the trial or initial period; or unjustified requests made after extended use.

Purpose of the Agreement:
This agreement defines the level of service quality that Insidx is committed to providing its customers, outlining standards of uptime, technical support, and reliability. It forms an integral part of the terms and conditions governing Insidx’s hosting, server, and domain management services.
Nature of Service and Infrastructure:
Insidx provides its technical services through partnerships with trusted and certified data centers located in Egypt and abroad. Insidx does not own or operate its own infrastructure but acts as an administrative and technical intermediary between the client and reliable data centers that comply with international security and uptime standards.
Service Availability (Uptime):
Together with its partners, Insidx strives to maintain a monthly uptime rate of no less than 99.9% for hosting services.
Uptime is calculated based on reports from partner data centers providing the infrastructure.
If uptime falls below the stated threshold, the client may request a service extension after verification of the cause and source of the outage.
Technical Support:
Insidx provides 24/7 technical support via email at [email protected].
Support requests are responded to within 30 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the nature of the issue.
Infrastructure-related issues are immediately escalated to the relevant technical provider (data center).
Scheduled Maintenance and Emergencies:
Partner data centers conduct regular maintenance to ensure the efficiency and security of systems.
Customers are notified in advance of any scheduled maintenance that may affect services whenever possible.
In emergency cases, Insidx and its partners reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice to protect network and data integrity.
Service Guarantee Exclusions:
The SLA does not cover:
Failures caused by customer-side errors or misconfigurations.
Issues related to third-party applications or software.
Downtime resulting from emergency maintenance or incidents beyond the control of Insidx or its partners (e.g., natural disasters or general internet outages).
Cases involving violations of usage or payment policies.
Compensation:
Compensation is granted in the form of service extensions only, up to a maximum of one (1) calendar month. No cash refunds or financial compensation will be issued.
Compensation requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the reported outage, with supporting details and evidence where applicable.
Insidx and its partners are not liable for any direct or indirect commercial or financial losses resulting from service interruptions.
Agreement Review:
Insidx reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time to align with updates from partners and certified data centers.
Continued use of the services after such updates constitutes implicit acceptance of the revised version.
